The Gazoo Racing Yaris

It has a turbocharged 3 cylinder, and it is a homologated rally car. it’s the 2020 Toyota GR Yaris. This car just might be better than the Focus RS.

This hot hatch has a 1.6-liter turbocharged Inline 3. Even though it has one less cylinder than the Focus they still make similar horsepower. The Yaris makes 268 and the Focus makes around 320. The Yaris also makes 266 pound-feet of torque. Its also 4 wheel drive That is equivalent to a pocket rocket power! It can even get to 60 MPH in just over 5 seconds.

The reason that the GR Yaris was made is that in a lot of racing series you have to make a certain amount of street-legal cars to compete. In this case, Toyota has a GR Yaris rally car and they needed to make street league GR Yaris’s to race. We still don’t know know how may cars Toyota is going to make, but what is for certain is you won’t see them often.

If you live in the US you won’t even get it at all. You can only get it in Europe and Japan, which is pretty disappointing.

The GR Yaris looks way better than the RS. The RS shares a lot of its body styling from the normal Focus. But the Yaris has rally styling and nice wheels, it even comes with a little ducktail spoiler. The normal Yaris looks nothing like this one. I love it.

This little rocketship is just insane. I forgot to mention, it is electrically limited to 138 MPH. I think this is better than the Focus RS. This is the best Hot Hatch You can get today, and I mean it!
